After-sales service and installation

EBG offers its clients an after-sales service  to follow-up on and handle any request the client may have after the delivery.
EBG’s technical staff is available on the phone round the clock to quickly respond to any technical issue the client may have.
A highly qualified team can respond to any request and meet any need, including on-site electrical testingordinary and extraordinary maintenance, checks on the transformer to verify correct operation, check on the correct isolation distances, room ventilation and aeration in compliance with the current legislation, on-site assembly of the transformer, help with commissioning, electrical or noise measurements and sampling.
